Delete My Data

You can request a hard delete of the personal data associated with your Noir Cases account by emailing us.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to support@vlkstudio.com with the subject:

Noir Cases data deletion request

In the email, include:

• The email address you used to sign in to Noir Cases.
• Your display name, if one appears in the app.
• A short confirmation that you want us to permanently delete your Noir Cases account data.

Please send the request from the same email address you use for Noir Cases when possible. This helps us verify that the request is yours.

What We Delete

After verification, we will permanently delete personal data we can associate with your account, including account profile data, gameplay progress, case activity, and AI investigation partner messages.

Some records may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Safety

Do not include passwords, payment card details, government ID numbers, or other sensitive information in your request.
